• Account information: Your name, email address, and password (encrypted) when you create an account.
• User-generated content: Projects, tasks, ideas, shopping lists, and any other content you create within the App.
• Usage data: How you interact with the App, including features used and preferences set.
• Device information: Device type, operating system, and browser type for the purpose of optimising your experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Sync your data across your devices
• Communicate with you about your account or changes to the App
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with servers located in Australia and/or the United States. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure you can only access your own data.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
• Vercel: Application hosting and deployment
• Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions (if applicable)

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We encourage you to review their policies. We do not sell or share your personal information with any other third parties.

6. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your personal information only in the following circumstances:

• With your consent
• To comply with a legal obligation, court order, or lawful request by Australian authorities
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Cornerstone Media Pty Ltd, our users, or the public
• To our third-party service providers as described above, solely for the purpose of operating the App

7. Overseas Disclosure

Some of our third-party service providers (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe) may store or process data in the United States. Before disclosing your information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipient handles your information in accordance with the APPs.

Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe we have breached the APPs

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App to you. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
