1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Your Personal Command Centre ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

2. Description of Service

Your Personal Command Centre is a personal productivity application that helps you manage tasks, projects, ideas, shopping lists, and entertainment recommendations. The App is provided by Cornerstone Media Pty Ltd.

3. Free Trial and Subscription

We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period, continued access to the App requires a paid subscription at $4.95 AUD per month.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
Use the App to store or transmit infringing or illegal content

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cornerstone Media Pty Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (tasks, projects, ideas, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Media Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
